We welcome all new neighbors into the area! Unfortunately, all homes built and purchased in Zones 8, 10, & 11 are currently NOT included in the Park View Estates Home Owners Association. That means they are not entitled to the use of the pool, playground, two fishing ponds, greenbelt areas, nor any other amenities supported by the HOA. Developers Joshua and Jimbo Carnley, and their businesses KMR and Freedom Homes, have yet to come to an agreement with us to work with us on incorporating these new homes into our HOA. We want to work with them and with you. Great Fun All Year Long

Each resident is invited to attend and participate in supporting the activities of the Park View Estates Community. Each year we host Easter activities, an Annual May Association Day Picnic at the pool, 1st Saturday in June Garage Sale Event, Halloween Decorating with Stillwater Community Kids Trick or Treating and Christmas decoration competition with an amazing Christmas luminary lighting and Santa Claus for the whole Stillwater Community.
Neighborhood Volunteers helping plan and organize events are always needed and welcomed.
