Home Owners Association Membership Dues

Annual membership fees need to be submitted by May 31 each year. Membership fees are considered delinquent after May 31.  All late payments will be assessed an additional fee that of $19.50. Members are responsible for any and all reasonable collection charges. Pending HOA Board approval, dues will increase 3% every year.
