General Rules and Regulations
Greenbelt Areas
The areas located around the swimming pool, ponds and behind the utility easements, are known as the Greenbelt. The Greenbelt is used for recreational purposes and are Tobacco and Vape Free.
Residents should be considerate of neighbors and not walk through private yards or gardens to get from one Greenbelt to another, as designated walkways have been provided.
To access the south pond, use the walkway between 511 and 515 E. Rogers Drive. To access the north pond, use the walkway between 4801 and 4806 N. Britton Drive. Fishing is permitted, but restricted to Homeowners and their children under the age of 16. All others require a fishing permit.
Swimming is not permitted in the ponds. It is not safe to play on the ice when ponds are frozen (or appear to be).
Walkways to the swimming pool and playground are located on the cul-de-sacs of Classen Ct., North Davis Ct., Greenvale Ct., and William Ct., as well as between 307 and 309 E. Marie. There is a drive going into the pool and a small parking area, located at the end of William Ct. cul-de-sac.
Mowers are hired to mow the Greenbelt areas. The mowing of the utility easements behind homes are the homeowners responsibility. However, the Greenbelt mowers do tackle some of the easement areas. If yours is overgrown, it is your responsibility, not the HOA. If a Greenbelt area appears to be overgrown and attention needs to be given, residents are to notify a board member.
Private structures or fences should not be constructed on Green belt property. Owners will be required to remove any fence or structure located on Greenbelt property.
Additionally, automobiles and motorized recreational vehicles are not permitted on the Greenbelt areas.
