Swimming Pool Rules
The pool at Park View Estates may only be used by residents in the Park View Estates neighborhood, their family and guests. It is the responsibility of each resident to supervise these family members and guests while at the pool and to take care of the pool area as you would your own home. The POOL FOB is sold to residents at a cost of $10 or $15 and HOA dues must be current, with NO OTHER HOA VIOLATIONS. The Pool Fobs are available for purchase in May and throughout the swim season. Pool Fobs are turned off at end of swim season and reinstated for next swim season once annual dues are paid and/or current and no other HOA Violations exist.
We have a weather radio, please listen and adhere to any National Weather Service Warnings. If you see lightening or hear thunder, please exit the pool area immediately.
The Pool area has three security cameras operating all year long. If you are caught damaging Parkview Property, the HOA will proceed with Law Enforcement. If you are caught not adhering to Pool Rules, the HOA will decide the proper course of action to take and usually this will result in Pool privileges being removed for a certain amount of time.
